Personal data we process

We may process contact details such as name, email, phone number, role, company, address, billing information, enquiries, agreement information, and technical information related to use of the website and services.

Purposes and legal basis

We use the data to respond to enquiries, book demos, deliver and administer services, provide support, send relevant customer information, fulfil agreements and legal obligations, and improve the website and services. Processing is normally based on contract, legal obligation, consent, or legitimate interest.

Data processing for customers

When Weavo processes data on behalf of a customer, this is governed by our agreements with the customer and the Data Processing Agreement. The DPA describes roles, security measures, subprocessors, and how personal data is processed as part of the service.

Subprocessors and retention

Weavo uses subprocessors for hosting, operations, communication, analytics, security, and support. Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose, or for as long as we are required to retain it by agreement or law.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing where the conditions for this are met. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
