What does it cost, and do I need a subscription?
Automatic replenishment is free for your store, with no cost to get started. You do not need a regular Weavo subscription.
Which data is shared?
Your supplier receives access to sales and inventory data for their own products through approved data sharing.
What happens after registration?
Existing Weavo stores can start sharing immediately when their identity matches clearly. Weavo verifies other registrations before activating sharing. We help new stores connect their data source, depending on their POS or online store system.
Who sets up and activates replenishment?
Your supplier adapts the setup using sales history, the standard assortment and agreed minimum and maximum levels. Automatic ordering is activated separately, under an explicit agreement with your store.
What if our store has little sales history?
We start with products you already sell. Your supplier and Weavo adapt the setup to the available history or review an existing replenishment setup.
Which checks happen before ordering?
Checks cover missing or outdated inventory data and recently generated orders. When the relevant safety rules are enabled, warnings require explicit handling before an order can be created.
How do we change or pause replenishment?
Your setup can be adjusted and automatic replenishment can be paused. Contact your supplier or Weavo for help.
Can Weavo help with product data too?
Yes. Weavo can transfer product data, images, prices and delivery information to your POS and online store. This depends on your connections and selected services and is not automatically included in this registration.
